UNOTECH Spare Parts
We ship spare and wear parts for unoTech balers using same and next day deliveries of stock parts. At Amber in the UK, we keep stock of high wear items (needles,
needle guides, twisters etc) and unoTech will dispatch all parts from Germany for next day delivery into the UK.
Whilst we always recommend customers keep essential spare parts at their site, our Service Desk will support you with good planning and in emergencies to get you the
spare parts you need.
UNOTECH UBIS Connect
Use the unoTech baler information system (UBIS) to manage your machine and production data. With UBIS, data on energy consumption, error messages and machine operators can be read, reported and archived.
The UNOTECH baler information system (UBIS) is controlled via a web browser. A UBIS IP Address is entered into the browser and the site will be opened like a normal
website.
Optionally, an access name will be created with the Customers IT Department.
Servicing & Breakdowns
Located in central England with easy access to the motorway network, our engineers are on call 24 hours a day and 52 weeks a year. We offer emergency assistance as
well as regular scheduled maintenance visits at your convenience.
